Warmest congratulations to Sir Eligio OGGIONNI from all the WIN members!

We are all very proud and happy to know our chairman has been recognised with this very special award by the President of the Republic of Italy.

Sir Eligio was decorated with this award mainly for his many years of personal dedication of supporting and promoting the development of the Italian Community in Hong Kong. Be it in connection with commercial activities, be it in his function as Head of the Italian School, be it as organizer of many Charity events and as an active member of other organizations that gave the community of Italian Citizens a new home in Hong Kong. Last but not least also due to his many philantropic projects in different Asian Countries and other part of the world.
